Titan Forms is retiring! Say hello to the new Titan Forms!
We are urging our customers to use the new Form 2.0 builder. Forms 1.0 is deprecated and has been replaced with Forms 2.0. Read More about Titan Forms: Version Upgrade.
When creating a new project and selecting a Forms project as the project type, existing customers (those who joined the Titan family before August 1st, 2022), will see the following screen:
This screen will only show until August 31st, 2022. After that, you will not be able to create a Forms 1.0 project but will automatically and seamlessly be taken to Forms 2.0.
Return data from Titan Flow
We added After Finish and On Cancel actions on nodes in Titan Flow a while ago. This sent values to Flow but could not return any values to the Web project. The Flow was running in the background asynchronously, and the next node didn’t wait for the Flow node to finish before starting its process. This has been improved, and Titan Flow can now return data to the Web project that initiated the Flow. Read More

Improved Swiss QR code
We improved the Swiss QR code for the Word add-in. This creates a unique QR code that encrypts payment details and can be scanned with a mobile device to initiate payment. The Swiss QR Barcode is used mainly in QR bills, a document designed to replace payment slips. It is used to automate electronic payment transactions in Switzerland. The Swiss QR Code can be distinguished from other QR codes as it has the Swiss cross sign in the center. Read More
Auto Next Slide for Web surveys
We added the option Auto Next Slide under Interactivity on a Web survey. When a user answers a one-click question (such as Yes/No, star rating, or switch), the survey will automatically move to the next question without the user having to click the Next button. Read More

We added an exciting new feature called Titan Forms Lite
This new feature will allow business users in Salesforce to send a mail to any recipient in or outside the organization to update a Salesforce record.
Here are some examples where Titan Forms Lite can be very useful:
- A sales agent initiates an onboarding process for the customer.
- An opportunity or order can be approved by signing it.
- An non-disclosure agreement (NDA) or an ISO compliance document can be uploaded to a customer record, etc.
A log is created in Salesforce for downloaded documents
Each time a document is downloaded, a log is created in Salesforce.
You can set up a custom object that, for instance, has a date and the username of the person who downloads the document. Read More
