• Titan adds a URL to custom email surveys by default.
• A deleted URL will display an error message to notify users.
• Users may only view and gain access to the custom email survey with the web URL.

How to Guide

The survey taker cannot complete the survey if the email doesn’t have the link in it.

The survey URL ({!FT_Web_Survey_URL}) is added to a custom email by default.

If the URL is deleted, an error message is displayed. The user will not be able to continue without adding the web URL to the body of the email.

1. Distribute the survey using one of the methods.
   • Report
   • List View
   • Object
   • Automation
   • External

2. Follow the steps until you get to the Content step and click the Custom Email option. The URL is inserted in the body of the email by default.
