The survey taker cannot complete the survey if the email doesn’t have the link in it.

The survey URL ({!FT_Web_Survey_URL}) is now added to a custom email by default.

If the URL is deleted, an error message is displayed. The user will not be able to continue without adding the web URL to the body of the email.

1. Select the Web Survey URL from the All element drop-down list.
