Business Background

A user needs to enter a one-time password to log in when you use two-factor authentication. You can configure conditional logic to control what happens if a user enters the wrong OTP (one-time password) when logging in to your project.

How to Guide

1. Open a Titan Web project where SmartV was configured.
2. Click the Gear icon to open the Project settings.
3. Under User Access, ensure the SmartV toggle switch is on.

4. Use the toggle switch to turn the Wrong OTP functionality on.
5. Click the Gear icon to open the onWrongOTP screen.

6. Click the + icon to open the Add Node screen.

7. Select the Show Message option and click the Next button. The Add Node/Show message screen opens.

8. Use the Include title field to add a title to the message. The checkbox is on by default.
9. If necessary, use the All elements drop-down list to add elements to your email.

10. Use the HTML editor to add a message and click the Next button.

11. Add a tag if necessary and click the Insert button.
12. Click the Apply button.
13. Save and Preview the project.

After the user uses the wrong OTP, they will see the message you created.
