How to Guide

1. Create a new Web Survey.
2. Add a question slide and click on the Next button.

3. Select the Boolean category and click the Switch option.
4. Click on the Insert button.

5. Type your question in the text field.
6. Type the description if necessary.

7. If necessary, click the Default On checkbox to set the switch to on.
