How to Guide

1. Create an email survey project.
2. Create an email survey question.
3. Click the Publish button. The Distribution screen opens.

4. Learn more about distribution methods:
   • Publish from the Salesforce List View
   • Publish from Salesforce Report
   • Publish from an Object

5. On the Email step, you can add an Email subject.
6. Click the Edit icon next to the Email subject field. The Custom HTML screen opens.

7. Click the Insert field option. The Field from Salesforce screen opens.
8. Select an object from the drop-down list. The Select a field drop-down is shown.
9. Select a field from the drop-down list and click the Apply button. The field is added to the Custom HTML screen. You can add multiple fields.

10. Click the Apply button on the Custom HTML screen. The field is added to the Email subject.
