How to Guide

1. Create a new Web Survey.
2. Add a question slide and click the Next button.

3. Click the Popular option and click the Slider option.
4. Click the Insert button.

5. Click the question. The edit button activates, and you can type your question in the text field.
6. Type the description if necessary.
