Do the steps that follow to publish a survey from a Salesforce report.

How to Publish a Survey from a Report

1. In Titan, create a new Web Survey Project.
2. Add question and/or information slides.

3. Click the Publish button. The Distribution screen opens.

4. Click the Report option and then the Next button.

5. Select an option from the Choose Salesforce Report drop-down list.
6. Choose a Record ID from the drop-down list.
7. Click the Next button.

8. Click the Mail option and then click the Next button.

9. Use the Email template.
   • Select an Organization Email Template from the drop-down list.
   • Choose Email from the drop-down list.
   • Choose the Current User’s email address from the drop-down list.

12. As an alternative, click Custom Email.
    • Choose the Current User’s email address from the drop-down list.
    • Choose Email from the drop-down list.
    • Type a subject in the Subject line.
    • Type a body in the Body of the email.

13. Click the Next button.

14. Send a test email if required.
    • Add a Record ID in the field.
    • Enter your email address in the field.
    • Click the Send Test Email button.

15. Click the Next button.

16. Type the email address of the Survey Result’s Recipient in the field. This is mandatory.
17. Type any comment in the field. This is mandatory.
18. Send the email using one of the following methods:

• Send Now. This is the default option.

• Schedule a date. Click the calendar icon to schedule a date and time.

19. Click the Click to Send button. After a few moments, the Distribution screen opens. It shows the Survey ID and the Distribution ID.
20. Click the Close button.

The recipient receives an email with the web survey URL. You can view the Titan survey in Salesforce.
