How can you Cancel your Subscription?

1. On the Titan Dashboard, select the My Account tab and navigate to the Billing sub-tab.
2. Click the Cancellation option and click the Open a Case button. The Open a Case screen opens.

3. Complete the Open a Case screen as follows:
   • If not automatically shown, select the Billing/Licenses option from the Case Type drop-down list.
   • Type Your Email address in the email field.
   • Change the concise case subject in the field, if necessary. This subject is entered automatically: “I want to cancel.”
   • Type the short description of why you want to cancel in the Please provide a full description of your issue field.
   • You can upload a supporting file when you click on the Choose files field. This is optional and might not apply.
   • Click the Open button to open a case. A confirmation message will be sent to your email address.
