Use Google Drive with Titan Flow in just a few simple clicks.

Titan Flow possesses robust integration capabilities and integrates seamlessly with Google Drive. With Titan Flow, data is fully synced with Google Drive storage, and all information is fully backed up exactly where you need it. Using the Google Drive Integration, you will be able to do the following:

  • Select the folder path on your Google Drive where the files will be stored with a static or dynamic path.
  • Select the files you want to upload. You can upload single or multiple files.
  • Get the URL from your stored files in Google Drive. You will then be able to save it to Salesforce, send it by email, and do many other actions on your Titan Flow.

  1. Click the + sign. The Add Node screen opens.

  1. Select the Integrations option.
  2. Select Google Drive.
  3. Click the Next button. The Add Node/Google Drive screen opens.

  1. Select the Path to folder drop-down list. This can be a new folder or an existing folder on your Google Drive. The options are:
    • Static. Type in your folder name or path.
    • Field. Select your project variable containing the folder name or path. (To see how to create a project variable, click here: Create a variable.)
  2. Select the ID to folder from the drop-down list. This is the ID of the folder on your Google Sheets. The options are:
    • Static. Type in your folder name or path.
    • Field. Select your project variable containing the folder name or path. (To see how to create a project variable, click here: Create a variable.)
  3. Select the Files to upload from the drop-down list. These are the document generation templates you configured in Configure documents to upload.
  4. Click a file option to select it.
  5. Select the Store link to drop-down list. This is the project variable to where the file URL will be returned (To see how to create a project variable, click here: Create a variable.)
  6. Click an option to select it.
  7. Click the Next button. The Add Mode/Google Drive screen opens.

  1. Type a tag in the Tag field. This tag will show on the canvas.
  2. Click the Insert button.
