Use Google Drive with Titan Flow in just a few simple clicks.

Titan Flow possesses robust integration capabilities and integrates seamlessly with Google Drive. With Titan Flow, data is fully synced with Google Drive storage, and all information is fully backed up exactly where you need it.

You can upload single or multiple files. You can then save the file to Salesforce, send it by email, and perform many other actions on your Titan Flow.

You have to authenticate yourself with Google Drive.

  1. Click the + sign. The Add Node screen opens.

  1. Select the Integrations option.
  2. Click the Google Drive option.
  3. Click the Next button. The Add Node/Google Drive screen opens.

  1. Use the Folder ID to select a folder. This is the recommended option and refers to the ID of the folder on your Google Sheets. The options are:
    • Static. Type in your folder ID. The folder ID is the alphanumeric string after the Google folder, for instance: drive.google.com/drive/folders/1KhL4Gkv9zUUl2dMl_xxxQp0MuygRqm-zh
    • Field. Select your project variable containing the folder name. (To see how to create a project variable, click here: Create a variable.)
  2. Click the Folder Name radio button to select a folder. This can be a new or existing folder on your Google Drive. Please note that Google Drive allows multiple files or folders with the same name in the same location. The folder name options are:
    • Static. Type in your folder name.
    • Field. Select your project variable containing the folder name. (To see how to create a project variable, click here: Create a variable.)
  3. Use the Files to upload drop-down list to select a file. These are the document generation templates you configured in Configure documents to upload.
  4. Use the Store link to drop-down list to select an option. This is the project variable to which the file URL will be returned (To see how to create a project variable, click here: Create a variable.)
  5. Click the Next button. The Add Mode/Google Drive screen opens.

  1. Type a tag in the Tag field. This tag will show on the canvas.
  2. Click the Insert button.
