How to Guide

1. Under CLM on Settings, click in the radio button under On Reject to make a selection. The options are as follows:
   • Finish Process. Click here for more information.
   • Owner will restart Process.

Owner will restart Process

When a signer chooses to reject a document and not sign it, the owner will receive an email with a link to the document to restart the process.

1. Click on the link to open the document.
2. Click on the Save button at the top right of the document. The Finish screen opens.

3. Click on an option to select it.
   • Finish All: Finish and start the signing process. Click here for more information.
   • Edit: Start again and get more comments and changes.
4. Click on the Apply button.
