Single Selection

Business Background

The Single Selection option is available for survey list and checkbox elements. When providing multiple options, use the Single Selection function to limit users to one selection.

How to Guide

1. Click the + icon to open the list of elements.
2. Select the Input option from the list.
3. Click-and-drag the Checkbox element to the canvas.
4. Click the Checkbox settings Gear icon. The Checkbox Settings screen opens.
5. Select the Interactivity option from the list.
6. Enable the Single Selection checkbox. The user can only select one option from multiple options.
