Default State

Business Background

The Default State option is available for the tracker widget. This option allows the tracker widget to be viewed in its collapsed or expanded state by default when the webpage is loaded, showing less or more information. Also refer to Enable Collapse/Expand.

How to Guide

1. Click the + icon to open the list of elements.
2. Select the Widget option from the list.
3. Drag-and-drop the Tracker element to the canvas.
4. Click the Tracker Gear icon to open the Tracker Settings screen.
   • Learn how to configure the tracker.
5. Use the drop-down list to select a default state:
   • Expanded
   • Collapsed
