The custom domain is a key element hosted on the Titan platform that determines the URLs for your Titan projects, such as Web, Survey, and more.

With Titan, you can create a custom domain.
When you change the subdomain, all the related URLs will also change and cannot be recovered.

How to Guide
Make sure to change the account subdomain name when you first join Titan rather than later when you have active Titan projects, as this will affect all URLs, and you will have to republish them.
The custom domain can only be used for one project.
- Configure a Subdomain in cPanel or WordPress.
- Click the Gear icon to open the Project settings.
- Select the Tools option.
- Use the toggle switch to enable the Custom Domain option and click the Gear icon. The Configure custom domain screen opens.
If you see this screen, please get the add-on by clicking the Click here to get the add-on button. The Licenses screen opens and you can open a case.

- Type the Domain name in the field.
- Click the Apply button.
- Use the toggle switch to enable the Subdomain option and click the Register button.
- Click the Apply button.
The DNS propagation can take up to 72 hours worldwide, although it typically takes a few hours.
- Save and Preview the project. The URL will change to the registered subdomain.
