How to Guide

1. Create a new Web Survey.
2. Click on the Add Slide button. The Add Slide screen opens.
3. Select the Question Slide option and click the Next button.

4. Select a category slide you want to add to your survey.
   1. Popular
   2. Survey
   3. Input
   4. Time
   5. List
   6. Boolean
   7. Miscellaneous
5. Select a type of slide, for instance, Text (in the Popular category).
6. Click the Insert button.

The added question and type of question will show under the slide.
