Disable Open On Click

The Disable Open On Click option is available for drop-down elements. The drop-down list will only open when the user types a value in the field.

How to Guide

1. Click the + icon above the Settings icon in Titan Web. A list of elements will show.
2. Select the Input option from the list.
3. Scroll down and click-and-drag the drop-down element to the canvas.

4. Click the Settings Gear icon. The DropDown Settings screen opens.
5. Click the Interactivity option from the list.
6. Scroll down and click the Disable Open On Click checkbox.

7. Save and Preview the project.

When the user clicks in the drop-down element when this option is off, the list will expand automatically. When this option is on, the user has to type in the field before the list will be shown.

This means that the user will have to know what the possible options are, for instance, months, countries or service level agreements.
