Titan CLM Release Notes

New Release!

Release Notes March 14th, 2025

Enable Online Edit

We’ve enhanced Titan CLM and Sign, allowing you to modify generated documents directly using the FT Document Generation button in Salesforce. The edited document is saved in Salesforce before initiating the CLM and/or Sign process.

With this feature, you can trigger automation in Salesforce. A URL is generated when the document generation action runs, enabling seamless template editing.

This feature is available for dynamic templates.

One-on-One Collaboration

We’ve streamlined the collaboration feature to enhance document editing efficiency for one-on-one collaboration. This capability empowers document owners to swiftly edit and share documents with a designated individual, such as a manager or colleague. Once received, the recipient can make changes directly to the document. Unlike traditional redlining, these edits are seamlessly incorporated without tracking (redlining), ensuring a fluid exchange of feedback. This feature optimizes workflow by facilitating direct, focused collaboration while maintaining document integrity.

The owner then starts the signing process.
