Business Background

Allow Filtering is available for the Table and Power Table elements. This option allows you to filter search results in a table based on one or more selected options.

Prerequisite:

Configure a power table to the Web project.

  1. Click the Power Table settings Gear icon. The Power Table Settings screen opens.
  2. Select the Interactivity option.

  1. Click the Allow Filtering checkbox. The Columns Filter drop-down list is added.

  1. Use the drop-down list to select an option.
    • You can choose one or more options.
    • Search fields are added to the column/s.

  1. Save and Preview the project.

The user can type search criteria in any of the fields to filter the data.
