Use the Titan add-in for Microsoft Word to create documents without having access to Salesforce. You can create documents that can update Salesforce objects without logging in to Titan or Salesforce.

Titan lets you create templates and documents with dynamic data from Salesforce directly in Microsoft Word. You can review and send the template.
How to Guide
On the Start Sign Process screen, do the following:
- Add signers
- Configure the document
- Add document settings
- Review and send the document
Note:
You can configure a unique email for each option:

Use the drop-down arrow to open the options:

Follow the same steps for each of the options.
- Type a file name in the File Name field.
- Use the drop-down list to select the object. This field is mandatory.
- Use the search icon to open the Lookup Account screen and select the record to which the process documentation will be stored in Salesforce. This field is mandatory.
- Use the drop-down list to select the email folder.
- Use the drop-down list to select the organizational email template, or use the template below to preview or change the contents of the email.
- Use the drop-down list to select the From Email address. The options in the drop-down list are linked to the object you selected.
- Use the default subject or type a new subject in the field.
- Use the default body of the email or use the rich text editor to add the email body.
- Use the All elements drop-down list to add elements to the email body.
- If you are satisfied with all the settings, click the Send button. You will see the following screen when the document has been sent successfully:
